With home offices in Chadds Ford, PA, Welcome Neighbor  reaches people making new beginnings in an expanding number of neighborhoods from Exton & Valley Forge south into West Chester and the suburbs of Philadelphia to the borders of Lancaster County and  Maryland; and into Delaware. 

Our Representatives personally greet and visit with newcomers and others experiencing life transitions in their homes, sharing local insights and information about their new community, region and state. With the information comes a bountiful welcome basket of gifts and gift certificates from local business sponsors.

We promote local organizations like MOM's Clubs, newcomers clubs, and service organizations and we maintain membership in many business and professional groups that serve visitors and new residents. The network of contacts developed over the years by our Representative is shared with the celebrants.

Welcome Neighbor's service is similar to the welcome wagon concept practiced when covered wagons crossed the prairies. When a newcomer reached a settlement, a welcome wagon would arrive and their new neighbors would welcome them to the community, bringing information, gifts and useful items.

Welcome Neighbor believes that relocating today is just as challenging as in the days of the welcome wagon, and are keeping the tradition alive, neighbor-to-neighbor.
